We charge £96 inc VAT for our call out diagnosis fee which is payable in advance, there is no time limit on this visit and it doesn't include any parts that maybe required. If we have the part on the can and we can make a repair on the inital visit we will advise you of the cost of the materials and these will be charged separately.

If a part is required that needs to be ordered then we will issue a quote for repair including all parts and labour.

If we can't diagnose the fault or the boiler is beyond repair then we will issue a refund on your call out fee and issue you with a free quote to replace you boiler.
