We are Gas Safe registered

Gas-Fix takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.

It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.

Breakdowns

We charge £80.00 for a diagnosis fee, there is no time limit on this visit and it doesn't include any parts that maybe required. If we have the part in the van and we can make a repair on the inital visit we will advise you of the cost of the materials and these will be charged separately.

If a part is required that needs to be ordered then we will issue a quote for repair including all parts and labour.

If we can't diagnose the fault or the boiler is beyond repair then we will issue a refund on your call out fee and issue you with a free quote to replace you boiler.
