What is Service+?
Service+ is a maintenance cover to help you look after and repair your boiler / central heating system with no
expensive bills at the end of it. We will service your boiler once a year to ensure it is working efficiently and safely and in the event of a breakdown we will come out and
repair it for you.
When will I be covered?
Your policy starts on the day of your initial inspection on completion of your direct debit form.
When will I receive a boiler service?
We would prefer to carry out your service between April and September, this is a quieter time for us and allows us to concentrate on any repairs during the coldest months. This
helps keep prices low.
What are the response times for Gas-Fix Service + ?
If you have a breakdown, our Gas Safe registered engineer will normally arrive on the same day or within 24 hours of your call.
What is covered?
For only £25.00 per month you’ll receive full parts and labour cover and unlimited call outs for your central heating system
should you have a breakdown, plus an annual boiler service. Then we’ll give you cover on your plumbing system including any hot / cold water tanks you might have with unlimited
call outs as well, at no extra charge. The above cover is excess free.
Are there any cover limits?
In all cases the number of claims you can make is unlimited. Unless we make recommendations to your system that are not carried out.
What if I already have a maintenance plan elsewhere?
You should be able to cancel if the policy is more than a year old, regardless of when you last renewed it. You will have to cancel any plan you may have, we cannot do this for you.
What are Gas-Fix Service+ opening hours?
We have an engineer on call and someone available to take your call 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
